Infill Development Opportunity

The Fort Worth Community Land Trust (FWCLT) is seeking community-based developers and builders to partner on new attainable homeownership projects.

FWCLT’s infill development program provides developers with the land, financial and supplier partnerships, and technical support to create quality homes for Fort Worth families earning 60–120% of Area Median Income.
